What exactly does the monthly plan cover?
Everything your site needs to stay online and up to date: fast secure hosting with SSL, your domain registration and renewal, daily backups, security updates, uptime monitoring, and content changes (new photos, updated hours, tweaks to text). One payment, zero surprise bills. It's $100/month month-to-month, or $80/month if you pay 12 months upfront — a $240 saving each year. Business email routing (you@yourbusiness.com forwarding to your existing inbox) is included free — a full independent mailbox you can send and receive from is an optional add-on at $20/month.
Do I own my website and domain?
Yes — completely. Once the build fee is paid, the website is yours. I handle your domain's setup and renewal as part of your plan — already have one? I'll simply connect it; need a new one? I'll register it for you. If you ever want to leave, I'll transfer everything over quickly and without hassle. No hostage-taking, ever.
How long does it take to launch?
Most sites go live within 7–14 days of our first chat, depending on how quickly we can gather your content (photos, text, logo). If you have a deadline — a launch, an event, a season — tell me and I'll work to it.
What if I want changes after launch?
Just email me. Routine content updates — new photos, menu changes, updated pricing, an extra section — are included in your monthly plan. Larger additions like a whole new page or feature are quoted up front at a fair flat rate before any work starts.
Can you build e-commerce / online stores?
Not at the moment — right now I focus on professional marketing websites that bring small businesses customers, calls and bookings. If a full online store is what you need, get in touch and I'm happy to point you in the right direction.
